Shannon is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.

Shannon and her husband, Jason, enjoy attending football games for the Arkansas Razorbacks and Colorado State University, as well as spending time with their children, Bryce and Brooke Lynn.
