Nuvia is a Mortgage Lender Supervisor. She has been with Arvest Bank since 1998 and joined the home loan team in 2005. She is self-motivated and strives to help her customers achieve their homebuying goals through a transparent and smooth process.

Nuvia takes pride in her communication skills and ability to overcome obstacles. She has experience with a wide array of loan types, including FHA, VA, Conventional, Rural Development, and Arvest Portfolio Loans. Nuvia’s goal is to make her clients feel valued as individuals, not just numbers.

She lives in Springdale with her husband, Frank, and their three daughters. While not at work, Nuvia can be found in the community, serving as a volunteer with organizations like Hustle in Heels. You may even spot Nuvia and her family at a local racetrack, as her husband owns a dragster race car.
