Erick Diaz began his career at Arvest Bank in Berryville in the Spring of 2003 while still attending high school. He started as a teller and deposit counselor in the in-store branch located at the local Walmart Supercenter. After graduation, Erick attended a local community college in Harrison, Arkansas. As opportunities for advancement became available at Arvest, he decided to make banking his career. In the fall of 2005, he began his journey in mortgage lending. He has been accruing lending experience in both consumer and mortgage loan origination since 2006.  
 
Erick is originally from Guatemala where he lived until the age of 12, but he has called Berryville, Arkansas home since 1998. His wife, Brittney, and their two children enjoy the quietness of small-town life and are active members at Valley View Baptist Church in Eureka Springs.
