Carmen Schaunaman started her career in the financial services industry in 2003 after graduating from Missouri Southern State University.  Before becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer, she held the positions of Branch Manager and Business Development Officer for Arvest Bank.  

Customer service and communication are an integral part of Carmen's value proposition as a loan officer.  She strives to capture feedback to ensure that quality and service exceed customer expectations.  Carmen strives to build trust and strong long-term relationships with Arvest customers.

She was awarded the 2015 Rookie of the Year and was #1 in the entire company (AMD) for referral sales.
